Conservatory Outlet Introduce New Remote Support Tool

(PRWEB UK) 6 July 2012

Leading Wakefield-based fabricator Conservatory Outlet has unveiled a new and improved remote support tool as the company strives to pass on quicker and more effective customer support to its network of dealers and increase customer satisfaction.

This innovative new piece of software will enable office staff to provide technical remote support on Window Designer and CO2; the fabricators bespoke business management software which is made available to all Conservatory Outlet Dealers to help them track the status of orders and deliveries, amongst other things.

CO2 in particular has been subject to continuous and significant investment in recent years and undergone many improvements as the experienced manufacturer of double glazing, conservatories and orangeries sees it as being a key component in the regular everyday working practices of its entire membership.

The remote support tool, which essentially allows Conservatory Outlets staff to securely view the computer screens of its clients as far away as Aberdeen and the Isle of Wight, will enable them to offer accurate and efficient advice if and when customers have difficulties placing their orders online using First Degree or navigating and making the most of the CO2 system.

Remote support has been rolled out to all existing and established Conservatory Outlet dealers with immediate effect and will of course be offered to new dealers who join the ever-expanding network which now covers almost half of the UK per capita.
